My personal favorites are roast, potato soup, chilli, and BBQ beef ribs.
The roast is soooo super yummy. We use one dry packet of ranch, one dry packet of Italian seasoning, and one dry packet of brown gravy. Mix with a bowl of water and pour over the roast. Even DH loves it and he HATES roast.
I buy a decent sized pork shoulder, put it in the crockpot with about a cup of water, a diced up yellow onion and salt and pepper.
I let it cook for a few hours.. sometimes on low for 8 hours-ish
When it's done, I shred it up with my hands, stick it on a bun and add BBQ sauce. It's SOOO amazing. You can't go wrong.

crock pot "rotisserie chicken" and baked potatoes.
wrap potatoes in foil.. place on bottom of crock pot. Rub roasting chicken with lawry's season salt.. place on top of potatoes. Cook 8 hours. Will taste like rotisserie chicken... falling off bones.. and baked potatoes will be perfect.
