Out here once your proved the biological father they are automatically put on the BC. but I just found my answer he cant do it

No i said they were going to court to change the court order and his last name....

He hasnt dont the first time how would he deserve more time

I said IF he deserves more time, not that he does deserve more time.

And yes, if he wants to ask to courts to change his last name, that is completely within his rights to do so.

Yes, once proved the bio. father it is to be placed on the BC, but she was also court ordered to change my nephews last name on the BC to reflect his fathers last name.

He has legal rights to take you to court to change his son's name. There is nothing in print stating he can't because that is his right.
