Yep. Last year my cousin got a cute pink shirt ( don't remember the brand name ) at a garage sell for 3$ AND it had its tags, completely new. The tags read $29.95.

Did you get it at exclusives? That's the only place I think that'd sell Apple Bottoms that expensive. and I wouldn't pay any more than like $7
