Has anyone ever used this type of bottle? I've been looking for bottles that are best for breast feeding because after a month I plan on bottle feeding every once in a while IF I have to be gone for a few hours or would like to get some extra sleep. I tried the whole just pumping thing with my daughter because she had latching issues and I ended up not being able to keep my supply up etc etc and failed after 2 months   I just want to change things up this time around. I'm going to strictly breast feed unless I have to pump and if I would have to I would like to have a bottle as close to the breast as possible so no latching issues will happen. So has anyone tried this bottle???

I have never seen those in person.
we use breastflow. neither of kids had/have a problem with them and then going back to breast. my daughter had a little latch trouble when she was new , we used a nipple shield.

I also seen the breast flow had good reviews. I also tried using a shield but she just couldn't get the hang of it!!

try filling the the "nipple with milk and then having baby latch. My LC had me try that and it work. took a few trys. We were able to dithc the shield after few weeks and she went on to nurse every 2 hours till she slef weaned when I got pregnant again. My son ( 5 weeks) is such a man. no trouble latching at all. lol

I hope that happens this time around! I think it was mostly my fault for the issues. I was convinced in the hospital because I couldn't see how much colostrum or milk she was getting that she wasn't getting any. She was always hungry it seemed like. So against their advice I made them bring me a pump so I could see what she was getting. The nurse came back in after I was done and said she has never seen someone pump so much colostrum before and explained its usually just a teaspoon. I swear I pumped over an once. Paranoid first time young mother lol!!! But I think thats where all the issues started because I fed her from a bottle more then I did the breast.

Whatever bottle you use, get slow flow nipples, thats were the problems will occur.
