posted 25th Jan
I need them for tomorrow afternoon. If i make them right now, will they be okay to sit in the fridge for 24 hours? or should i just wait to make them tomorrow morning? TIA

They should be fine to sit.

Magic Shell works wonders for chocolate covered fruit.

I think I am going to go to the store tonight when DH gets home, and pick me up stuff to make chocolate covered strawberries and bananas now!

I would put them in a cardboard box if you are storing them in the fridge. It will prevent some condensation. You may still have some, but not as much.
