I used to, too....it was my "If I'm going to indulge in mindless eating, it at least better be good for me" snack. I was at the doctor allllll the time for my migranes. He gave me a list of common migrane triggers and told me to cut one item out at a time in hopes we'd find what was causing them. Come to find out....soy triggers my migranes. Even reading the news paper (soy inks....) will trigger one if I wear shorts and the ink lays against my skin. So they're a very rare snack for me now.
