post partum bleeding amd forst period question. tmi

So around 2 1/2 weeks I stopped bleeding but continued having blood ti.ged mucus/ discharge. Then 6 days ago I started cramping like I normally do with my period. Well I'm on day 5 of a heavy period.

Like the heaviest period I had. Usually my period is somewhat heavy for 2 or 3 days then light the rest of the time. Is this just because its the first one pp.

Btw I'm a month and some days post partum

Normally my periods are very light, no cramps, and last 3 to 4 days.
My first pp period was VERY heavy and cramped like mad for the first couple days but then I didn't hurt anymore.
And due to a BC sm**rf up it last 7 weeks... :'( lol.

That's how mins was. Your body is making up for 9 months of no period, and it's not going to let you forget it.

Well I honestly smurfed up and ended up having sex with dh after I jad a few drinks. I did have some stitches but I'm pretty sure they were healed all the way. I guess since I know I screwed up I'm worried I either l messed up the stitches or gave myself an infectioain just tonn. I don't have any odor or pain
