Sharing undies

If your kids are the same ish size in underwear do you have specific undies for a child? How do you keep track of who's are whose?
Would it be un hygienic for two children to use the same undies from a drawer (if that makes sense!).
Weird question I know, but I'm confused!

I personally don't think it's a problem. Obviously if the undies are nice and clean, and have no stains or anything on them.
My parents have clothes at their place for when the grand kids stay over. And they have 3 grand daughters, 8, 6 and 5 and at one time or another they have all worn a pair of the undies.

if they can share cloth diapers, I think they can share underwear. lol

my boys are about 2 years apart and I'm sure will eventually be in the same size underwear and I will probably just have a drawer or stack of underwear and they will both use it. It gets clean in the washing machine, so I don't see it being a big deal.

If I DID want to separate them, i suppose I would buy different colors for each of them, like dark blue and red for one and white and light blue for the other .. for example.

My boys have the same size everything but pants. They all go into one dresser and they pick out their own clothes every day. They share everything that isn't obviously for a specific one

As long as the underwear is clean I don't see a problem with them sharing.

If they're clean I don't see why it would matter.

My daughters are 19months apart and I never bought about this until now lol but eventually their knickers will probably get mixed up too!

If you want to keep them separate, you could do a marking on the tags. Or a small stitch with cotton in the waste band?

Tried buying different types but of course then the younger one wants the Star Wars pants his brother is wearing!

Yes they're clean! Lol.
Maybe when they're a bit older and want their own then I'll do the stitch thing- great idea!
