I really like Leela, and if I had to pick a middle name Leela Marie would be my choice

I love the name Marie! I tried to use it with DD but DH doesn't like it

Why?? It's a really pretty name, I was going to use Marie as my girl middle name choice I was going to name her either Marcie Marie, or Persephoni Marie. Marie has always been one of my TOP choices for a name. So boo to the not liking it :/

I don't know, he's not really picky but he just doesn't like it. I picked the name Norah and he was fine with it, and my mom picked her middle name, Paige. Which I'm not a huge fan of lol.

How about Eliana Claire? I like the longer syllable first name w/a sharp, one syllable middle. It flows well (and it's close to Clarissa -- one of your other choices!)

I like that!   DH is on board with Eliana so I'll just have to see if he likes Claire.

I personally am not a huge fan of either not sure why though. But that is just me. I mean if Norah had a really great middle name to go with it, then I think it'd be balanced out. I could see a child named something like Norah Elizabeth. But I am not sure. I guess I can understand that SO/BD and I had our names picked out before we even found out I was pregnant, when we were just joking around talking about if we ever had kids, and not but like 3 weeks later we found out. And then I wanted to change them but we are sticking to what we agreed to before we even knew he was on his way lol.

My MIL tried to get me to name her Norah Elizabeth, after her.

I hate MIL lol and also she already named one of her daughters Kayla Elizabeth and my SIL named her daughter Lillian Elizabeth. I was appalled she even asked. But I do like the name.

Hahaha I would steer clear of naming my DD after any person I hated lol.   But I mean it's catchy but at the same time you'd have that to think about for the rest of your life, so it's safe to say I'd pick another lol.
