If you are saying hello and asking just how the other persons life is gushing about your SO and LO's then no but talking on a emotional level you should be talking to your SO then yes.

I don't gush about my husband or my kids regularly when I chat with friends. I mean, they do come up but I do talk about other things.

This guy said all that and then said " I am gonna go bust a nut" I said nothing back to that but my husband was not happy.

If you start talking to a ex that is not considered a regular friend what else would you talk about other then your lives maybe I just forgot how to be a regular person but they are my top convo starters lol

I kept all ex's as friends until I met my husband he does not appreciate it some men do not understand why you keep that part of your past close unless you still care about them in that way. Makes sense to us just not to the hubs sometimes I guess

Tell me about it! I only went that route one time, learned my lesson fast.  

I'm sooo glad my husband and I don't have those types of issues. I don't know... maybe it's because we were older & more mature when we started dating (early 30s), but there's just not any jealousy or trust issues. I guess it's because we really are just best friends.

Thats stupid. My (ex)SO and I met a few of each others ex's/smurf buddies. We didnt give a damn. Its not cheating unless you talk inappropriately or act as such too.
