yucky bv

My doctor won't see me for a whole month and I believe I have bv again. I got it 6 months ago and went away fine with the meds so I've been looking for home remedies. I've eaten yogurt. Took acidophilus pills and even did yogurt tampon last night. Thought it wad better this morning but after my shower its still pretty bad   Should I continue the tampons? I heard of women using hydrogen peroxide as well. And Apple cider bathes? This smurfing sucks and I'm desperate!

I did the yogurt vaginal for about a week and it cleared up

U just used tampons dipped in yogurt and how long did you leave them in?

no i took the tampon out of the applicator and filled the applicator with yogurt and then inserted it that way, i left it in overnight and i also did it a couple times in the afternoon like when the kids were napping and i knew i would be sitting for awhile.

Because of all of my issues I have had that 3 times. The ONLY thing that helped was oral and vaginal meds. I dont know if it gets stronger every time it comes back, but last time it was hard to get rid of.
