Desert idea?

Its like 8:45 pm right now and Im craving something sweet but no idea what to make. I made banana chocolate chip muffins a few days ago but I went to get one and they are all gone any ideas for something i can make that doesnt take a long time or have a lot of prep work. Ingredients arent a problem I have a pantry stocked full of baking supplies.
