Shakeology

Anyone try it before? I just received my first bag in the mail and I am excited to try it. I also got the Brazil Butt Lift workout video. I have talked to my Dr about it, and I am allowed to do it while being pregnant, I just can't get too crazy with it, and make sure I take breaks and drink plenty of water. I didn't get the video to make my butt better...it also works on your upper legs and waist..In which I have always had issues with my legs (my upper legs are huge...and my son has been making fun of my "love handles" lol) I want to get into better shape before this baby comes and keep up with it afterwards. My friend is a coach with Beachbody, and got me set up with this. She is doing an internship with a few people for a few months about getting into the Beachbody business....So I signed up to be a coach. After the 4 months is up, I will decide whether I will stick it out or not. My fear is that it's expensive and a lot of people won't order from me...But I have seen people who have had great results with Shakeology...What is your experience with it?

Im curious to see what people say, because here within the next couple of weeks my husband and I are going to buy it, we've already got Insanity [one of my friends is a coah with beachbody too]. She told me the Chocolate one was the best and not gritty. =]

My friend also recommended the chocolate so that's what I got   I am going to be breaking into it tomorrow morning while my kids are still sleeping...cause they will want some...lol

I have a two friends who are beach body coaches get them started on shakeology lol they love it I have tasted the chocolate is pretty good and good for you its kind of like everything you need times 80 and they come up with cool recipes other then drinks my one friend made a like chocolate chip cookie dough hummus thing with it

no clue about the shakeology.. but I have the brazil butt lift and love it.

I'm honestly not consistent enough to notice a difference yet.. but when i do it.. I FEEL it for days.. so I know it targets great areas.

Honestly I think it's a waste of money. I can get more nutrrients of out juicing at home and making my own shakes with foods. But I'm sure some people like it. Good luck OP!

They sent me a recipe book with all sorts of different things in it! I am going to have to look for that one!! lol!

I have thought about juicing at home....but DH refuses to let me buy a juicer   He thinks I will use it once and then never again...lol.

most premade diet foods/shakes are a waste of money. But, not everyone can make them at home.

I've heard great things about nutrisystem.. but when I looked at their food choices... that's what I cook all the time anyway.

I did buy body by Vi- they're ok. I dont' do them daily.. but use them when I don't wnat to cook healthy,and want something quick and healthy

no sweetie you cant that's the amazing thing about shakeology go online and look at all the amazing things in there for you your mind will be blown.

Yes I'm aware of what it is, that's why I think it's a waste of money. I'm better off doing it myself. Eating real natural foods is much better than a "natural" shake.

Of man it's so gross lol my friend spent like 600$ for all the food and could not even eat it was so processed.

I had a friend who liked it. I've never tried it. BUt.. nothing I saw is hard to cook normally. Cooking is NOT difficult!
