getting in a car wreck while almost 36 weeks pregnant

so i was just in an accident, my car was at a stop and someone rearended me. The driver wasn't going too fast and there wasn't even a scratch on my car. I wasn't in any pain but just very shooken up. The baby is moving and rolling a lot more after the wreck.and my stomach is really tight. My back is now becoming sore, should i go to the er and be checked out or just wait it out?

I'd get checked out.

What did the paramedics say?

I'd get checked out just to be safe.

I would go get checked out. A lot of times people get hurt in car accidents and dont realize it until the next day when they wake up sore.

If there isn't a scratch on your car, then he couldn't have hit you hard.

Your baby has a ton of cushion to protect, so it's fine.

But if you're worried about yourself, then yes.

Id get checked out.

I'd go get checked out, just to make sure everything's ok.

If it makes you feel better, my sister in law was in a car accident kind of like this when she was about 34 weeks, she went in, and when she was at the hospital she was having a lot of BH contractions because of the stress... other than that, she was perfectly fine and had a healthy little girl a few weeks later.  

I was in a similar car accident when I was pregnant with my daughter. The rear end of my car had damage though. I wasn't in any pain but I still went to get checked out regardless. It's better to be safe than sorry. Luckily, baby and I were perfectly fine.

You are supposed to go in anytime you get in a car accident while pregnant. I got into one at 7mos and had to be admitted for 4days due to it causing pre term labor.

I fell down like 3 steps when I was 35 weeks and was at the hospital like all night. So I would say for a car accident you should probably go even if you weren't hurt. I went into labor a week later, but everything was fine.
