Just show up at your bd's house? My 3 year old is talking about him alot, but everytime I ask him to see her he always has an excuse. Well I'm tired of it, I'm just gonna go knock on his door. I am pregnant with his baby although he denies its his because you can't find out you are pregnant two weeks after having sex, according to him. I'm just over his games he literally only comes around her when him and I are on good terms. And its messing with her.

I would never put my child in that situation. Confront him on your own, but not with her.

I wouldnt just show up. I would leave it alone though. He doesnt want to be a parent, so make up some lie about why he cant. Yeah it will break her heart but oh well..

I meant to say she wouldn't be with me. I just want to talk to his face not be hung up on because things don't go his way.

No, if he's not involved it because he obviously doesn't want to be. You don't need to put your LO through that, because then they can think it's some how their fault. If you want to confront him do it on your own while your child is no where around. Tell him if he can't be in her life all the time then not to bother, he can wait until he's man enough to be.

Eek.. no.... would just make the situation MUCH worse

No, you don't know what he's doing and who he may be doing it with. If he doesn't want to see his daughter, oh well. She's better off.

Better off to never be around than always raising her hopes then squashing them. You can't for him to have integrity.

no offense but if you knew he was a dead beat dad before why would you sleep with him?..again?..I'd call him and tell him that he has the choice to be in her life or not but he needs to grow the smurf up.

This.
You can't force someone to be a parent.

My dad wasn't around when I was growing up and good thing that he wasn't. He was a drug addict and had no business in my life. He's clean now (almost 5 years) and he's a great grandpa.

No, as frustrating as it is (I know, I am in a similar situation, it's super crappy) - I wouldn't risk him trying to slap you with some kind of restraining order and it could potentially spark some kind of vindictive streak and he could end up trying to fight you. (Even if he doesn't want to see her now forcing him could turn him into a huge smurf and you really don't want to deal with that).
But I agree with the person who said you need to send a letter if he won't talk to you on the phone and make it very clear that he is either going to be there or he is not and if he is not, then he needs to get away and stay away and not show his face again.
