They could use the aborted fetus for DNA. But I don't think that's even within their rights. Smh. No way in hell that will pass.

that is horrible and traumatizing as smurf for these women! its bad enough to be raped but you mean to tell me that she has to hold this inside of her for 9 months? what the smurf is she supposed to do with the baby afterwards? that would be alot of abandoned children, and mentally unstable rape victims. sick

Even so, I still think IF the woman said she wants no DNA test, that should also be her right. If her rape is not the only possibility of how she got pregnant she may not wish to know whose DNA it was & to me, that is also her right & that tissue isn't "evidence that is owed to the state".

I am NOT saying you implied that in any way shape or form. I was just saying that beyond the fact that aborted fetal tissue DOES have all the DNA samples you could want for any evidence needed, I think above & beyond that, it is still up to the woman whether that sample should be handed over to anyone else.
