It's amazing that our population is already overpopulated and this dude wants to start bringing children into the world which are a constant reminder to the woman of what happened.It sounds like a demented plan to not only to completely humiliate the woman but to pretty much torture her with carrying a child that is evidence?! It sounds like an open door so women to commit suicide so they don't have to deal with it.

And the aborted tissue can be tested for DNA . An abortion wouldn't change that, and the law can probably request the remains be help for them to take to a lab.

righ plust think about what it would be like for a 12 year old girl raped by her uncle or something and then is forced to continue the pregnancy? how is this even okay?

It won't pass. Our state is wayyyyy too blue to pass such a law. I don't even see AZ or TX passing that law easily or at all.

Isnt NM the state that adds 2 weeks on to what you are pregnant? Meaning here you would be 4 weeks, but there it would be 6 weeks when you are really 4 weeks?

Pro-lifers will stoop to any low

The only reason to try to force a woman to carry to term in such cases is if you're pro-life. Products of abortion can still be used a genetic evidence in a rape case

This looks like something out of a nightmare, not something that should be a law.
