Allergies.

I have ALWAYS had issues with seasonal allergies, but this winter they seem worse. I got on Zyrtec and Zycam in hopes between the two, it'll help. It's mostly upper crap and the runny/stuffy nose. I am also doing saline rinses twice a day and taking Emergen-C with the Immune Support in it as well since I get sick easily FROM sinus stuff (mostly get sinus infections and upper crap). Anyways, is their anything else I could be taking that REALLY helps with sinus issues? I'm not looking to take steroids which is what the doctor wanted to prescribe.

Anybody? I need HELP. I am miserable  

Do you have air filters/purifiers in your house or at least in your bed room? I would try that first. It won't help when you're out of the house but at least sleeping with clean air may help.

We have a huge sized one that's supposed to purify the whole house and we have humidifiers in all rooms. Have for a while now :-/

It's cool. We'll figure it out. I know I need to go to the doctor, but until then, I'm miserable.
