Please go get help. If you are a threat to yourself or to others they have to help you. If you can't function normally there should be options for you to be committed for a longer period of time. Otherwise... is there someone in your life that you can live with while you're getting things together?

Call 911. Did you want someone to talk you down on here? I mean short of that there's nothing anyone can do, and you've already consumed enough to at least OD if not OD indefinitely.
