I think this idea is absolutely ridiculous. I live in the UK where smoking in enclosed public places and places such as train/bus station has been illegal for about 10 years and yes I'm very thankful for that due to dangers of passive smoking, I don't need to be inhaling anyone else's smurf but IMO substances that people wish to put into their own body is their choice. If someone wants to smoke, as long as they are not blowing it in my face is their choice.
