I feel the same way =(
My anxiety gets a thousand times worse the week before my period, and thats where i'm at now. I have to go grocery shopping soon..and i can't stop stressing about it. Something so simple as food shopping makes me crazy =(

I've been waiting to go food shopping all day... I can't even do that! Kids have been ready to go and asking when we were going since mid-morning. Ughh.

I used to be the same way. Luckily I found a medication that worked well for me, and I'm a totally different person.

Have you considered therapy? Possibly a med as well. There excellent therapies available for anxiety issues.

I hear you. I've been thinking about going to the doctor..but of course i keep putting it off cause i dont wanna go. Im thinking about looking up some natural vitamins..but thats makes me crazy too cause i get so overwhelmed with researching. UGh im a mess.
