losing the weight after baby

I'm 5 feet tall and when I'm not pregnant I am 105lbs and can eat whatever I want and not gain a pound but when I am pregnant I can't help but gain weight...I just had my youngest 3 months ago and I need to lose 25lbs...I started keeping a food journal which has kept me inline for the last week but now I need to start the exercising part! My only problem is..it's -18 here on a good day but lately it has been -30 which is too cold to go outside..what can I do indoors? I've started walking up and down my stairs 5 mins at a time whenever I find some free time..I need some simple and easy ideas to get myself started..any ideas?

She's the same height as you, about the same size you mentioned, and she's amazing for work out ideas.

Me I just don't care. But she's amazing. She loves to work out and has awesome weight loss tips.

Look up tabata training! You can do it with squats, sit-ups, push-ups, etc.
