Paranoia?

I know there is medication for anxiety and depression but what about paranoia? Are there meds for that?

Depends on on numerous factors. Is this person schizophrenic is ther reason to be paranoid, is there other symptoms.

Then yes, there are many different drugs that can help some. With any mental issues it is trial and error. My mother was a paranoid schizophrenic with phsycosis before she passed away. Some meds ds wonders for her for a little while and then would have to be switched.
