backstory I have a PO on my EX fiance, huring the time i had the PO on him he violated it by coming to my parents home where i was staying and jumped on me becuase i refused to let him see my son and tod himm i was going to call the cops, my brother jumped in and my paretns called the cops and he was taken to jail. i had my full hearing and the judge made my PO permanet. Well yesterday i get a meg on FB from my EX fiance cousin and she says that my EX is going back to court to contest the PO and try to get my son, will the courts let him do that can he even get my son?

No. And that coming to your house and jumping you will reflect badly on him.

No. It's not likely, especially after he violated the original PO and the judge saw enough reason to make it permanent. I would ignore anything from anyone on his side, they're probably just trying to upset you. Don't let them get under your skin or stress you out.

I'm sure he can go and try to contest whatever he wants. I doubt they'll overturn it however due to the nature of his actions. But like someone else said... in time he could probably get supervised visits.

I will never trust him with my son or my unborn child, if it ever came down to it i would disappear so he coud never see my son or my unborn child after all that he has done
