Especially since having an abortion will get the the "evidence" faster. I know this for a fact because when I had an abortion, they used the embryo as evidence. They had it in a little cooler (plus the paperwork with the dna information on it) sitting in the courtroom and would have pulled it out if he had tried to retract his confession...

Because they'll stop doing backwoods abortions if the woman is forced to keep the baby? This doesn't even make sense   No it's gonna make It happen more because the girl can't go to get an abortion. This whole thing is so effed up. Idk why I'm still reading any of this.

I think what I love best about her logic is that after raping her, a rapist will think twice about forcing abortion because that tampering with evidence charge would be a deal breaker.
