Mirena day3

I'm still having blood and cramping is very uncomfortable at my uterus. I feel so sensitive and I don't want anything inside me. I have zero sexual need now when previously I want it daily. I feel so fatigue and moody. Gosh.. Anyone else on mirena to share ur stories .. I kinda regret going on iud. When they placed in it hurt like bitch, and I'm suffering like hell with the cramping, backache, mood swing and blood when my. Menses just passed few days ago.
