Did your body become more sensitive to AF?

posted 24th Jan
Let me explain myself lol
Before having kids I had a very regular cycle, and I wouldn't get any symptoms/signs that AF was coming until 1 maybe 2 days before AF got here. But now, it's a lot different...it's like my body is more sensitive to it and I start seeing signs/symptoms waaaaay in advance, like a week or so. I start feeling crampy, get backaches, acne etc etc....it's really annoying. And before I never used to know when I was O'ing...now I know exactly when it happens. I still have very regular cycles, and AF lasts the same.

Before kids it wasn't too bad, except sometimes I'd get horrible cramps. Now I get cramps, headaches and acne. My skin was awesome when I was younger, this is BS! lol

Before kids, regular cycle every 28days and very light. Now after two kids, its heavy, though its starting to taper off. My cycles are 28days but i am moody before hand. Like i get really bitchy and when i ovulate I am in pain. It hurts so bad. Like its a stabbing pain down my leg.

It sucks, i also have the paragard so no hormones to interfere with whats naturally going on in my body!!

Not more sensitive but the symptoms have changed for sure. I used to get super crampy but not anymore. I get less acne although I still get some. Now I get massive amounts of EWCM. -___- So annoying. And I can always tell when I ovulate when I could never tell before. And its much more irregular.
