Tell me if you see a difference.

I apologize ahead of time on how disgusting I look. My son is 4 years old and I haven't even tried to lose the 120 lbs I gained with my pregnancy. Yes, 120 lbs. I went from 130 to 250. I've been sitting @ about 184-186 the past year and recently got the motivation to lose the weight. I signed up for a MyFitnessPal account and it's been tracking my calorie intake and exercise. I've only lost 5 lbs in a week but I think that there's a difference, just want to see if anyone else sees it.

The first picture was taken on 1-16-13. & the 2nd on 1-23-13. So this is my difference in 7 days. Do you see it or am I imagining things?

120 lbs? That was some kind of pregnancy appetite, lol

But keep going!

I see skin tightening up and muscle starting to be used good job momma
to help your skin try a wrap as your body loses the wieght as well as the friction and pressure from the wrap it will help tighten up as well nothing as unfair as losing weight and being fit but skin ruins the hot body you earned and surgery is just an extreme option for something that can be fixed while your working on the rest of your body cause besides that skin your actually in not bad shape at all stomach wise for someone who has been sitting around I am sure you have gained elsewhere as well and dieting and some cardio with a wrap will take you far at this rate cause your body looks like it was and still has the structure to be pretty damn hot and curvy

What do you mean by wrap? I'm 5'11 so before pregnancy I was underweight and never had to worry about food or exercise to be skinny so I'm new to all of this.

There are many kinds so look up what you want and research into
basically wrapping you take fabric and its wrapped snuggly not to tight around you and it compresses the skin and your body and even without diet or heat or exercise as most are made for now it will naturally shape your body...theres a creepy lady out there who does it with corsets who has like a six inch waist its creepy but the science behind it is my point...anyway some wraps are made for you to sweat and use friction with which can help speed up the process but can be itchy and some are made to be used with diet and exercise and are simple normal wraps for constant use...another example is post partum wraps that women used to support the belly in the third trimester and help tighten everything up afterwards....I like to recommend wraps to women who are trying to go for results they think they can only get from surgery and wraps are natural and much safer but most women dont know about them or have done the research into it to realize how it works so they know its not a scam plus if you suck at commitments to diets or have an off day and cant work out etc. a everyday wrap wont matter...there are also lotions and exfoliates and other things you can use with it to help out skin like your breasts and belly for the stretch marks that work with wraps and such but its up to you and what you research I just think its something moms should think about when they are trying to improve cause you cant lose by trying it if you decide its not for you which dieting can be unhealthy to just stop and go and surgery is extreme and costly and will end up having women do a diet and exercise and wraps and such anyway to heal and maintain so why not go the healthy way first
