"how old was your LO when"

posted 24th Jan
How old was your LO when he/she started holding a bottle without any help at all? DS is 3 months old and starting to wrap his hands around his bottle and can hold it for a few seconds   just curious. I love seeing him do new things

and just because..a picture from yesterday

2.5 months old when she started to, but couldnt exactly do it on her own till 3 months, she used her feet to hold it up more cause she is tiny and it was heavy. lol

LO is 9 weeks and always puts her hands around it like she is holding it. But it is to heavy for her to actually hold it.

Never. He hated his bottle so much   He started "using" a sippy at about 8 months though, really he just crawled around with it and chewed on it though. He just loved the boob.

DS could hold the bottle at three months and feed himself but couldnt tip it and drink by himself fully so its essentially bottle propping he had the sippy cup bottle and straw tipping tricks down by six months tho and his dr.s left him alone about it all lol

Lol DS was the same way. He could do it, and he would rarely but 90% of the time we had to do it.

Not until he was a year old. He could at 5/6 months, but refused to most of the time.

I know eh.....as soon as she could hold it she refused to be held while drinking a bootle. But she hasnt had a bottle since 7.5 months old, only on a sippy straw cup now. And she still hates to be held to drink, or to be held to just be held, she dont like closeness at all. lol
