co-sleeping & intimacy

My daughter just started exclusively sleeping in our bed 2 weeks ago. Before, we would put her to sleep and then lay her in her own bed ...then she would crawl into ours about 2am every morning. Now she has to go straight to our bed, or she wont go to sleep. We don't mind her sleeping with us, but now that AF is "out of town" we would like to start BDing.... how do you co-sleeping mommas get intimate with a toddler in your bed? Do you do the deed while in the same bed (LO sleeping of course)....or do you hit the floor?

Personally I would take it to another room... especially toddler age.

Our boys will sometimes fall asleep in our bed, at which point we move them to their room.

Maybe go into a different room? If it was me, they would be sleeping in their own room. I'd be very firm about that.

She's too old for you to get away with that. Don't even do it in the same room

I'd be using a different room, or enforcing a change in sleeping habits.

Yep, I don't even think i could get going with a small child in my room personally. How super awkward if they just woke up.

We cosleep and we do it everywhere but the bed. Ds is 17 months and dd is 2months. Plus u wouldn't want to risk waking them up lol
