I've heard good things about those. We have an amber teething necklace and its helping with him being fussy and all during the day but for some reason it isn't working during the night (we wrap it around his ankle while he sleeps).

if he was having a hard time getting to sleep when he was teething i would give him the teething tablets then wait 15-30 mins for him to calm down a little and he would fall right to sleep....try them, they might help with him falling asleep at night
