There should be a 500 calorie deficit between your work outs and your consumption. Simply limiting your food and a non invasive workout won't do very much.

A shorter, harder workout will do more than an easy, longer workout.

Switch your workouts to lifting, and only 20 minutes of cardio. Building muscle helps you burn calories while you're NOT working out, which is what really matters.

you're not eating enough calories.

join myfitnesspal. it'll show you how many calories you need... and how many to add if you exercise. You may be eating too few calories. I knwo myfitnesspal put me on a 1200 calorie diet.. but when I worked out.. it bumped it up to 1500.

if you're gaining muscle..it'll weigh more.. and if you aren't eating enough.. you won't lose fat...

also.. how often are you eating? are you eating multiple times a day small amounts of calories? it'll keep your metabolism going to burn fat.

Good luck. Eat protein and dairy whenever possible, whether its nuts, leafy greens, or meats. Or whether its milk, cheese, or yogurt. They have high thermal effects.

I am 5'8 and 247 lbs . I eat small portions of food 3 to 4 times a day, myfitpal said to consume 1,500 cals a day so I thought I was doing better by doing the 1,300 a day lol.

Depriving yourself of food puts your body into starvation mode where it stores everything you eat instead of processing it.

Grrr ok, going to bump it up to the 1,500 cals and do cardio and some weight lifting. It was never hard to loose weight like this before

Change it to weight lifting and some cardio.

Eat when you're hungry, just make it food that helps your body. Not empty calories.

The basics of any diet plan is, to remain patient during following your diet plan. No diet plan could give you wonderful results in very few weeks. So according to me, you should stick to your diet plan and follow it honestly.
