SO shifts got changed at work, and he now has to work 4am til 4pm I'm usually one for making nice big meals, following step by step off a recipe. But now I want to just do some quick and simple meals, that I can either whip up in half hour, or make some that I can freeze and reheat.
Dinner time is chaotic in the house with 2 kids plus a newborn....HELP!!!

I do have a slow cooker, but never use it. I did use it last winter though for more warm hearty meals like casseroles and soups and stuff
