four months and smoking again...

posted 24th Jan
Here recently, for reasons unbeknownst to me... I started smoking again. Not a whole lot, maybe 1-3 a day if even that... There's been a lot going on with me recently and I guess that was just "My way of dealing' which is NOT a good enough excuse, I know. I'm wondering, what kind of help could I get to help me quit smoking again? Please, no criticism, I am only asking for advice. Thanks.

Don't buy anymore.
1-3 is not an addiction, that is a choice.

Have you tried the flavored electronic smoke free ones you can get at like grocery stores and pharmacies? I forget what they are called. My grandma has smoked a pack a day since she was 12 and has recently cut back drastically using them. Good luck!

Agreed. That barely counts as 'social smoking'

OP, just don't buy them. Get candy or toothpicks or something

I'm gonna try that, or at least want to. I've tried that Blu E-Cig and it didn't really do much for me...

That has nicotine in it, which I don't think fetuses enjoy much.

The reason isn't unknown. You pick them up and smoke them because you want to. If you already quit you know you can stop again.

You can get the E cigs without nicotine. I used the blu ones and I know that there was an option when ordering them if you wanted nicotine free

I actually don't buy em. DH smokes, too. (been on him the last four months to go outside away from me and smoke... he refuses... I can't blame him, bc it's my own fault, just saying)

First of all i want to say i will not say anything bad about this because i am with on this. I know exactly how u feel on the whole craving but trying to only smoke a few. Doesn't mean it's social or wtfe. It means that u crave it. Not exactly a good thing but it doesnt make u bad so dont think that. My advise would be keep ur hands busy & eat small snacks often. It helps me. Good luck.
