Yay for mio & other drink enhancers!

Now I really WILL drink nothing but water <3.

Haven't had any sodas since Dec 31.
Been drinking lots of water. And juice, and sweet tea.

But I just bought me some zero calorie southern sweet tea flavoring and the strawberry watermelon mio  

Now. No more juice or McD's sweet tea!

Woohoo! I think a large sweet tea from mcds has.like 550 calories!!

Yeah, I know it's a lot.
I only drank one a day, every couple of days.
But, now I'm sticking to bottled water and my zero calorie flavor enhancers

Does the sweet tea one taste like it has lemon in it? I tried the walmart brand sweet tea and I couldn't stand it. I could taste lemon and I hate lemon in my sweet tea.

good job. I hate the mio things, and we have a crap ton of them just chilling in our cupboards.  
I prefer crystal light, but try to only have it once in awhile when I'm craving a sweet drink.

This! Those Mio things and others like Crystal light stuff are horrible for you. You're better off putting straight sugar in the water

You realize there is a lb of sugar per gallon of tea at mcd's in there sweet tea? It is absolutely disgusting

I cut out soda on December 31st, too! I've cut out juice, too. Only drinking tea, coffee water and milk. But now I'm cutting down milk, too because I have like the most serious addiction to chocolate milk ever

Just toss some fresh fruits, mint, or fresh sliced cucumbers in with your water. It works!

No, it's the walmart brand though. But it just says "southern sweet tea" on the label.
