no. Some women just don't "feel" pregnant. I am 16 weeks pregnant and have my days where I don't feel like I'm pregnant. Even though I can feel the baby move, I still have those moments. It's normal for some women. And it's even normal to not have any symptoms, at least not for a while.

its very normal to feel that way dont worry you will feel pregnant sooner or later baby is still growing(:
