tae bo?

Anyone do tae bo?
Thinking about starting tomorrow. I've done it before, but it was like...6 years ago  

Seeing if anyone else does it!

my husband and I were doing tae bo before i got pregnant. I LOOOVEE it   always have.

doing some kind of workout routine..i have to. i hate my Post Pregnancy body.

Do they even make that anymore? I used to do it in hs and I lost 15 lbs (and I didn't even probably have 15 lbs to lose haha).

I loved the 6 or 8 minute workout. Idk the exact name. But I had them all on VHS haha!!!

It's on YouTube and they sell the DVDs at Walmart, at least on their site!
And yeah I Washington HS as well   and pregnant   so I doubt it did much for me, or that I even cared back then haha
