OBs here always do u/s between 10-12 weeks as well. To make sure the date is accurate and make sure the pregnancy is viable.

You should be fine since you're used to it. Unless your dr said it wasn't safe like if u had complications. I put in a retaining wall when I was about 3-4 mos preg and was fine. The store said the bricks were 40 lbs each.
