They look alike if that's what you mean but quinoa is a seed and cous cous is a pasta. I like them both. Quinoa doesn't really have much taste, it's pretty much however you season it that gives it the flavor.

Quinioa is an ancient grain and is a super food. It has insane benefits. The other is noodles chopped up small >.<

I like to add quinioa to my soups, I make risotto out of it, sub it out for spaghetti sometimes, I can turn it into fried rice... anything really.

Then you won't like quinoa. But give it a try anyway, it's hella good for you.

I also will maybe get some roasted red pep and tomato organic soup and cook the quinioa in it for a fast meal, like a risotto. I have a amazing kale and Quinioa risotto recipe if you want it also (i always change it here or there, its so much easier to make quinioa risotto bc its not starchy)

Me to! I am addicted to both kale and quinioa. I would maybe try sauteing some portabellas to add to this, maybe throw some balsamic vinegar on them when they are done sauteing. http://scaredofcooking.com/2010/12/07/quinoa-and-kale-risotto-2/

That sounds delicious. We always have some in the fridge because my dad and I are obsessed. We grill them or broil them sometimes and make portabella burgers. Yum. I want to go make this risotto right now   Thanks again for the recipe!!
