bad day

My anxiety and paranoia feed off each other making both worse.


My anxiety has been TERRRRIBLE today. I wish my brain would shut off. I need it to. If I had a gun right now I would shoot myself in the head.

I just took a valium. I wish it would kick in.

 

I'm so sorry. I have days like that a lot. I really hope you feel better because I know it is hard to handle.

Sorry hun, i know how you feel, i feel like that often. That's honestly why i wont let DH get a gun
