Anti depressants & side effects

My DR prescribed me 20mg of Prozac (generic version) for PPD..

I've only been taking it for 3 days, i know its a very low dose too, and seriously feel like a zombie, im soooo tired and am struggling to do anything productive (clean the house etc)

I just want to sleep.. its all i can think about.

I've also noticed i've got a major headache all day & all night.

If you felt the same, how long was it until your body adjusted?

i take amitriptyline for headaches, but it is an antidepressant med. i have to take it at night before bed because it just kills me... makes me so super tired

I think i might need to start taking it at night time instead of first thing in the morning, thats a really good idea.

Im really struggling to stay awake, its worse then my pregnancy fatigue, my eyes actually feel really heavy all day.
