My exercise has been slacking..

Last semester I was exercising twice a week for an hour 45 mins. I'd do crunches, bicycles, and dance stuff like tombes and other dance things. (I took a modern dance class)
But since school got out i've done nothing but sit :/ and occasionally I'll walk about a mile and a half maybe a little more.
Would I be able to start exercising again?
