He told me to try to work out at least an hour a day, mostly on cardio. I never stuck with one piece of equipment, I always changed it up. The ones I hated the most are the ones I used the most. I figured if I hated them so much they must be good for me. I hope to go back after I have my LO. Best of Luck!
