Chamomile and Babies

posted 23rd Jan
My one year old always has to try whatever I am eating or drinking. Every evening I drink chamomile tea with half a packet of organic ginger honey crystals. Is this safe? I do not wish to poison my kid.

Yeah lol. Its safe for babies even younger too. For example a teething baby can chew on a rag dipped in the tea and get relief from it.

One time time my DD was screaming every night for a week around 6 months because of teething (and growth spurt). I drank some and it passes through the breast milk. That was the first night she went to sleep happily.
