In general, for healthy eating: Only whole wheats, I don't fry anything (I roasted cut up potatoes in 1-2 tsp of olive oil instead), Lean protein (ie: fish, white poultry meat) as much as possible, I love making smoothies for breakfast or a snack -- just fruit, almond milk, flax seed, protein powder (in the am) and spinach.
