With first pregnancies, they tell you to go to L&D when contractions are five minutes apart. With second pregnancies, they say to go to L&D when they are ten to fifteen minutes apart because labor usually progresses faster, yeah? Okay, well, what if it's your second pregnancy, but you didn't go into labor with your first? I had an emergency C-Section at 35 weeks due to Pre-E... will labor still progress faster just because I've simply been pregnant before, or is that just if you've labored before??

It would probably be every 5 mins than. Just because your vag never stretched the first time.

Normally as soon as they are regular or your water breaks. They like to keep a very close eye on VBAC mamas.

Well with my first, I didn't go into the hospital until my contractions were ONE minute apart and an hour after my water broke...then took a shower and then went to the hospital. With my second, I was induced. I would think you should be fine to wait until your contractions are closer together. SO MANY women go in too early and get sent home. That's why I waited till an hour after my water broke with contractions 1 minute apart. And then I was STILL in labor for 14 hours at the hospital.

I woud treat your first vaginal delivery as the first. I would wait till they are 5 mins apart.
