having a photographer photograph your childs birth?

No, my mother took/will take pictures after the birth, but I don't need photographic documentation of my vagina getting ripped y to shreds.

They tried to give me the mirror to watch and I was like, um, ew. No thanks. I watched a cat give birth once and that was enough for me.

I wouldn't. I had a nurse snap a couple pictures right after LO was born

I wouldn't want pics of my kid crowning floating around on the Internet some where. Something's don't need to be photographed.

Maybe if said photographer was a close personal friend, but to me that's a very private and special moment shared between people you love.

My SIL took pictures of our second's birth, it was home water birth. Many hospitals doesn't allow pictures or video during birth due to liability.

"If someone is taking pictures of my vagina I BETTER be making some money off of it." haha

no because the only person who would be allowed to look at it would be me.the risk of someone else seeing the pics is too high. I would never take pictures or videotape one of my births. no one wants to see that
