Theres only one problem with him getting fixed his insurance wont pay for it, medicaid will pay for my surgery if I wanted it done.

So then save up and wait to decide. Get an IUD or some other form of long term birth control. SEriously you are way too young to make this decision.

You asked for opinions, no one here thinks its a good idea for a 21 year old to get her tubes tied. And no one gets married believing their marriage has the potential to fail, but 50% of marriages do. Not to mention your doctor said she will do it for you but some insurance won't cover it unless you are of a certain age and/or have a certain number of children. My insurance, for instance, won't cover it until the person is 25 or has at least 3 children.
If you think you should and your doctor/insurance will allow/cover it, go right ahead. But just be aware that you have a good chance of regretting the choice down the line.

I fully agree with this!

Trust me a lot of these same women have said the same thing to me when I have asked them what I should do. Save up and let him get snipped.

I always talk about getting fixed...and generally everybody laughs cuz they know I couldn't do that lol

I refuse to have a girl. Nope... lol.
You know I got the boy clothes situation settled. and we are doing cloth diapers.

We wanted a boy this time around and we were both so confident that it was a boy but the ultrasound told us different

Amen! If it is a girl we are just shipping her off to private school from the time she is born.
