She made me take Tylenol for my headache, then got annoyed when I couldn't swallow them (I have a hard time with pills). Then I asked her if she could fax my note to my job and she acted like I was severely inconveniencing her.

Oh, and my EKG was fine. I don't know what's wrong, but the doctor took me off work for the weekend.

She's lucky I wasn't there, I would have enlightened her whole day

I would say anemia as well. they test for that and tell your dr. I feel the same way

My hemoglobin is 13, which is great. My doc and NP think it might be my job. Between the stress and the long, late hours, I wouldn't be surprised.

Do you and DH absolutely need the job? I mean, can you look around for somewhere with better hours and a little more understanding?

I need the insurance. If I go part-time, I lose my insurance.

I don't know any other suggestions on your dizziness than others have suggested. But if you have to be off work and have short term disability then do so. It helps when you need to be off. I had to be off work for 16 weeks with my first pregnancy due to boarderline pre eclampsia causing me to go into labor before I was supposed to. My labor was stopped multiple times and put on pills to stop them. Just call your dr and see if theres anything else they can test for to see whats going on. Theres gotta be something going on for you to experience this. Best of luck on getting better.

idk how you feel about the "system" but if your worried about insurance, get pregnancy medicaid! Im pretty sure everyone who is pregnant gets approved!!! It may just be for the pregnancy and the baby may get it afterwards, but if your job is stressing you out that bad you need to try!!!!! I know i had it for when i was pregnant. They will cover high risk pregnancys! I got my ultrasounds every week in my 3rd tri after about 32 weeks i got one every week and a NST!

I don't know if I could get on Medicaid or not. I had to apply when I was pregnant with Lola, because my job didn't offer it. If they denied me for making "too much" as a CNA, then they'll say I make too much now. I'm going to call the HR department when they open this morning and ask them what the bare minimum number of hours is for me to keep my insurance. I wish I worked at the other hospital corporation in town. Not only do they pay more, but they allow part-time employees to have insurance. I greatly dislike this for-profit business.
