When does it become a concern? *tmi*

Soo I have had diarrhea pretty bad since yesterday, like ANYTHING I eat makes me sick to my stomach soon after & if I start moving around too much I have to go to the bathroom. How long before it becomes an issue that I need to go to the doctors for? I would see the doctor today but I am too dizzy to drive & nobody can take me...so I am SOL.

Usually a few days, as long as you can drink and stay hydrated. If you can't, then you might need to go in sooner.

my doctor told me their was a nasty tummy bug going around where you get nausea and diarrhea for 24 hours...and if you have it for longer then that you need to go in....not sure if that bug is going around where you are.

My daughter had that at the end of her virus. Fever, puking and diarrhea. The puking and diarrhea happened the last day.

I am not really nauseated. I was having slight tummy issues because I was taking too much Motrin but I stopped taking it because the doctor told me it was messing with my stomach lining. Idk if this has to do with it or not.

That bug is going around literally EVERYWHERE. OP, 24-48 hours and you should be feeling better. Give it two days before you go in to the doctor. If it is the norovirus you have, it's super contagious and going to the doctor will spread it to more people.

that could be it ...my SO takes advil and only advil when he has migraines and recently the advil caused him to have stomach pains and diarrhea as well as nausea .... so it could be cause of the Motrin

I called the doctor she told me to come in, but I will have to wait until tomorrow. I have no co-pay for today lol. I had the norovirus when I was pregnant, it was A LOT worse than this. I was throwing up EVERYTHING including water....and I had horrible diarrhea too.

Yea the doctor gave me Nexium for it but it is NOT helping me AT ALL. I was taking it soo much because I have had headaches for the past 4 months straight, every day...so LOTS of Motrin.

Have you retired the brat diet?

lol ..ya i hate headaches but i also trie to stay away from medication ...because i get anxiety about taking them and always think it will effect my unborn child even though its safe to take

I usually do too but these headaches are horrible...I need SOMETHING to take the pain away because it is soo bad, I have to take care of my daughter alone & I get no breaks so I don't need to be miserable constantly kwim? I mean these headaches are EVERY DAY from the time I wake up until I go to bed.
